Jaday and Damian have such a great love story. They were childhood friends in Cuba and were re-united in Sarasota in their late teens. She has pictures of them together posing for a camera as kids in Cuba. Sure enough they got married and started their lives together.
They came to me along with Jaday's family for family portraits many years ago.
Jaday and Damian came back over five years ago when they were expecting their first baby for the maternity session in my Sarasota Photo studio. When their beautiful boy Remy was born I had the true pleasure of photographing that sweet baby with their proud parents in their Sarasota home.
I was so surprised (as were they) when I learned that Jaday was expecting baby #2. I knew how much she was hoping for a girl and sure enough she sent me a text when she found out announcing a girl with many pink emojis. They were all so happy, as was I.
We did her maternity session (#2) just days before the baby was born.
Just days old the family came back with her sweet baby. Leah Marie has completed the joy of J&D, and Remy is such an adorable big brother.
I look forward to watching this adoring family as the years go by and Remy and Leah continue to grow and add to the beautiful love story that started many years ago in Cuba.
