Hayley & Donnie's Wedding Day

I first met Hayley a about three years ago when her baby sister was born. She came to my studio and I photographed her with the newborn baby. I remember thinking “what a beautiful girl, I hope I get to photograph her wedding some day”.
My wish came true on March 19th. She was indeed a beautiful bride; her handsome groom Donnie could not have been happier to have his stunning bride by his side.
The bride and groom met through a mutual friend. Donnie was asked to help Hayley move, she certainly caught his attention that day and vice versa. Donnie said he knew she was “the one” the minute he saw her. Hayley remembers knowing he was “the one” soon after they were dating while sitting at The Bearded Clam Bar & Restaurant talking about their day. Donnie told her what she deserved and they talked and laughed and just enjoyed each others company; that was when she knew.
Donnie proposed on a vacation they took to Hayley’s “Giggy’s" house in the Shenandoah Valley They went to to Skyline Drive and he popped the question on a beautiful overlook. Hayley recalls being overjoyed.
Donnie says his bride has the biggest and caring heart of anyone he has ever met. Hayley loves her grooms sense of humor, his compassion and of course his snuggles. She loves how they can be honest with each other. When asked what they were looking forward to on the wedding day, besides getting married, they both agreed that it was seeing all of their families. I witnessed the truthfulness of that statement on the wedding day. The families united and embraced the newly wedded couple with so much happiness. Their joy filled the atmosphere at the wedding venue.
The venue was Chaslin Farm in Bradenton; it was so fitting for this fun couple and their friends. Although it was a rainy day these two were not taken back. They pressed on and, although there were umbrellas to be seen, it just added to occasion. Country music was heard through the farm curtesy of My DJ. He was great! The couple and their guests danced the night away; the wet floor reflecting every smile.
